I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the administration of the American Center for Technology and Languages for the outstanding educational experience my daughter enjoyed during her time at the institute. It is with great regret that I have to say that I have taken admission in your educational institution.
When I took admission in your institution, my residence was very close, but after two or three days of taking admission, my company transferred me to another place and it was very far away, so I could not come to your institution.
When I told my compulsion to your staff, they said that we will definitely cooperate with you and refund you half of your payment and give you online classes with the remaining half payment, but they just made a joke and drama with me and they did not cooperate at all. They just cheated me on my repeated requests.
I have to say with great regret that they have played this drama with me repeatedly and have not cooperated with me. Despite reassuring me that we will cooperate with you, they have not cooperated and have not returned a single dirham to me.
I hope that after reading this comment of mine, your organization will definitely cooperate with me.

My German A1.1 course has been really good. The teachers are great at teaching and explain everything in a simple way that makes it easy to understand. The lessons are clear and we practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing, so I feel like I am learning a lot. The classes are fun and interactive, and the teachers make sure everyone is following along. I feel more confident in German now and I think this course is a great way to start learning.
